Whenever you think of salad dressings, you think of how many calories you’re pouring onto your healthy green salad. This salad dressing/dip is both green and healthy and has many super ingredients to inject your salad or side dip with hearty nutrients.

1/2 Avocado
¾ cup packed fresh cilantro
½ cup plain yogurt
2 scallions, chopped
1 clove garlic, quartered
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt

Cut avocado in half.
Chop garlic clove.
Chop cilantro.
Cut lime in half and squeeze.
Put 1/2 cup yogurt in a bowl.
Mix together in bowl for dip texture
or mix in food processor for salad
dressing texture.
